Sneaker Waves: Cosmic News Flash from Florence, Italy

We are so loved and are being shepherded gently through these shifts.

Ciao My Empathic Friends,

We are being asked to take heart during these topsy-turvy times, and the one message that is consistently coming through to support that request is,

“We are so loved, and are being gently shepherded through these great shifts that are happening for all of us.”

Of course, being gentle is a subjective experience, wouldn’t you say (read big smile)?

I was in Florence Italy when this latest cosmic sneaker wave hit. What a surprise. I had not been given any warning this time. I usually get incoming Cosmic Energy warnings at least a week in advance. Not this time.

This is what I have learned from this latest sneaker wave:

Cosmic Energies and Ascension Symptoms UPDATE
1. Cosmic energies can come in without pre-announcements.
2. The Cosmic Energies can be felt like ascension symptoms.
3. Some Ascension Symptoms can feel like dizziness and or falling into another reality.
4. The symptoms can be hightened by certain global energy centers and nodal points which are convergence of energy points such as ley lines that cross, see the Mt. Diablo in the Spirit of Hamish Miller video, where we visited 4 crossing ley lines, or at special energy center areas like Florence, Italy.
5. We have a new tool being offered to assist us with buffering, recieving translations for the incoming waves, that offers buffering assistance for the location we are in, as well as the incoming cosmic energies flowing our way.

You can tune a local stone to assist yourself, your location and the incoming cosmic energies. The stone once tuned can provide a message for you about these energies and how we are being assisted. Read on to see how to tune your stone.

How to tune your lovely volunteer stone to help buffer the incoming cosmic energies and receive interpreted messages.

Tuning your stone:
1. Sit quietly in gratitude and blessings with your stone and ask it to be a buffer and translator for the incoming energies affecting you. It can buffer the energies of your location, for you the individual, and for the incoming cosmic energies.
2. One is waiting to be asked and wants to work with you.
3. It doesn’t matter what type of stone. I found a red Florentine sandstone.
4. The stone will help you stay in phase with the incoming waves. VS out of phase. Out of phase feels jarring, you might feel rattled and out of sorts.
3. The stone once tuned can provide helpful messages for you. Take notes.

The messages came through as single words and images.

1. Courage – We are told to take heart and have courage.
2. Flow - We are in flow more than we realize.
3. Clarity - We are receiving increments of clarity.
4. Specialization of the unique individuals we are and activating the creative within.
5. We can think of ourselves as a crock or vessel being emptied to be filled with newer wisdom.
6. We are creation being expressed.
7. Needles of fine thread – embroidering, just as Spider-Woman from the Indigenous cultures, weaves reality.
8. The masthead of a ship through pilot waves - represents a way of being and seeing. Pilot waves are waves that exist in 3D space that carry particles. We are choosing what we are observing today. Make a choice. You are choosing the reality you wish to be in. “How good can it get?” –

9. Physical shifts are only one aspect of the shifts that are happening within our beings.
10. Be still like a stone: Sit with stillness and peace.
11. Many pieces of the puzzle are coming together.
12. We can imagine ourselves swimming through the cosmos.
My friend Cynthia and I laughed while discussing this part of the update and the ‘swimming through the cosmos’ idea, as if on queue, a person in the apartment next to mine said, ‘O my God”, out loud! I love those kinds of auditory messages.
13. Lots of feelings of love being sent through to us as support.
14. A visual that came through: Three loving guides on either side of the wooden ship (6 guides total) with ceremonial ribbons, gently guiding us – there is no tugging, pulling, cajoling, or pushing.
